JIMS, BREATHER REAMER TOOL

Details

Used to repair the (often damaged by OEM plastic breather valves) breather hole. No need to disassemble the cases. This tool will ream the hole to +.030" so a replacement steel +.030 JIMS or S&S breather can be installed. Note: After the reaming process all aluminum reaming chips must be removed. Also, when working on early 36-69 cases, before reaming check if wall thickness in the breather hole is thick enough so the reamer will not break through. Note: See 978429 for replacement reamer only.
