Details

This kit is basically the same set-up that S&S uses in their SH-series 'Shovelhead' engines. It enables you to upgrade your Shovelhead to the more modern Evo style valve train. Kit includes S&S Evo style tappets, billet aluminum CNC machined tappet guides, adjustable Quickee pushrods that are drilled for 'through the pushrod Evo style top-end oiling'. This top-end oiling requires the use of S&S 512493 roller rocker arm kit. Also included are gaskets, hardware and pushrod cover keepers. Note: Requires the use of S&S 512493 roller rocker arms for the 'through the pushrod' top end oiling set-up, as is stock with Evolution motors. Note: A 84-99 style Evolution Big Twin cam must be used.
