Details

Allows you to install the stock Softail fuel pump inside a custom fabricated fuel tank, with simple hand tools. Used to re-locate stock 01-05 Delphi fuel injection components, like fuel pump (62897-01B), pressure regulator (27408-01), filter kit (61001-01), check valve assembly (62189-01A) and fuel level sending unit (75300-05), to a custom fuel tank. Kit includes a steel 3.75" x 8.00" weld-in tank plate and the CNC machined 'Gas-It manifold', which takes all the fuel injection equipment. It allows you to easily remove your stock H-D fuel injection parts and relocated them inside a custom tank, allowing a clean, uncluttered tank face, while maintaining the fuel injection. Includes installation instructions. Note: Does not include actual fuel injection components. Requires custom fabricated fuel tank. Note: A custom tank bottom must be relatively flat to accommodate installation. Note: Requires vented tank or vented gas cap. Note: Will fit 08-11 Softail models when 01-07 Delphi fuel injection components are used.
